You may recognize Mike from his television appearances on MTV, VH-1, Comedy Central, and E! Entertainment Network. He was a winner on ABC-TV’s long- running show America’s Funniest People, and was the host and head writer of FOX-TV’s stand-up/sketch comedy show The Comedy Cabaret. Mike has appeared in the AC/DC music video Stiff Upper Lip and the Ben Folds Five music video Army. On film, Mike made his movie debut as raucous rocker Steve Weasel in White Chicks, Incorporated. A veteran stand-up comedian, Mike has brought his energetic act to clubs across North America, including venues in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlantic City, Denver, Las Vegas, Toronto, and Montreal. Whether performing at the Borgata Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas’ Riviera Comedy Club, NYC’s Caroline’s Comedy Club, Rascals, Bananas, or The Comedy Zone, his unique combination of rapid-fire jokes, hilarious music, and clever props make him a headlining favorite wherever he performs. He was a part of the New York Underground Comedy Festival, and recently opened for Artie Lange at The Playhouse Square Center State Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio, and was part of The Queen of Mean Lisa Lampanelli’s New Year’s Eve Extravaganza at The Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ. Mike’s humor writing has been featured in magazines such as Cracked, The Weekly World News, Reader’s Digest, Slick Times, and Thwak. His comedic plays have been produced in New York, California, New Jersey and Texas, and he served as staff writer for television shows such as 168 Hours and Late Shift with Kevin Ferguson. He was a writer for the popular NYC sketch group Third Rail Comedy, and also wrote and performed in several successful New York City stage productions, including Nuts In A Lifeshell and Dust Bunny Beaujolais. Mike’s work has also been featured on A&E, ESPN, Fuse, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, The Comedy Central Roast of Flava Flav, Larry The Cable Guy’s Christmas Spectacular TV Special, and the NY Friars Club Roast of Pat Cooper, as well as earning several entries in the popular book The Complete Idiot’s Guide To Jokes. Mike can also be heard regularly on The Howard Stern Show, and is a co-host on Miserable Men, which broadcasts every Sunday on Sirius Satellite Radio. He is currently on tour with The Killers Of Comedy, and recently was a finalist in the Friar’s Roast Contest, where he roasted Vinny Pastore from The Sopranos and Gary Del’Abate from The Howard Stern Show.
